We may change these Terms of Sale from time to time, so please check our website www.taragalte.org regularly to ensure that you are aware of the current terms. By continuing to use our website following changes to these Terms of Sale, you accept those changes. Our Terms of Use are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Sale.
Via its website www.taragalte.org, this ticketing service is organized, directed and controlled by TARAGALTE SARL, RC n°591, IF n°6990867, domiciled at Center M'Hamid El Ghizlane, Zagora - Morocco (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
These general conditions (otherwise referred to as “CGV”) were updated and posted online on August 25, 2022.
It is previously specified that these general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of tickets for the event on the TARAGALTE.ORG website.
1. OBJECT
These general conditions of sale concern only the acts of ticket sales and the legal consequences arising from the purchase of a ticket allowing participation in and access to the activities & concerts areas of the “TARAGALTE FESTIVAL” event.
The FESTIVALIER is requested to carefully read all of these general conditions of sale before purchasing a ticket on this TARAGALTE.ORG website.
By ordering with obligation of payment one of the tickets to go to the 2022 edition of the "FESTIVAL TARAGALTE", the FESTIVALIER automatically gives his agreement and accepts the provisions described below since at the end of the order he will have to click on the button "I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale".
The FESTIVALIER acknowledges having the legal capacity to commit to these general conditions of sale.
In the event of refusal to accept these general conditions of sale by the FESTIVALIER, the latter will not be able to purchase tickets offered by the ORGANIZER on the TARAGALTE.ORG website.
2- TICKET PRICES
The prices of Festival Passes or Travel Packs are indicated in Dirhams, all taxes included, on the TARAGALTE.ORG website.
The Festival Pass or Travel Pack purchased by the FESTIVALER remains the property of the ORGANIZER until full and final receipt of the price.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Moroccan Dirham.
Prices for Festival Passes or Travel Packs may be changed at any time.
However, the updated and authentic price for the FESTIVALIER – when purchasing their Festival Pass or Travel Pack for the event – will be the price invoiced on the basis of the price indicated in the order summary and in the e -order confirmation email received.
Access to the “FESTIVAL TARAGALTE” event by the FESTIVALIER will only be possible after full payment of the price by the latter.
3- RESERVATION AND PURCHASE OF THE TICKET
The only ways to purchase a valid ticket are through the TARAGALTE.ORG website and our ticketing partners.
All tickets ordered will be sent to you electronically to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. This means that you will receive a PDF file via email.
This confirmation email materializes the conclusion of the contract.
It includes the Ticket to print or present on your smartphone at the festival reception to collect a Bracelet and access the event.
It is sent to the FESTIVALIER within a maximum of five (5) hours after payment is accepted.

The steps for ordering a Travel Pack on the TARAGALTE.ORG ticket office are as follows:
– Choice of the desired package, subject to actual availability, and where applicable the category and/or price;
– Creation of a basket;
– Summary of the order, possible selection of another Package and/or deletion of the package(s) already added to the basket, and validation of the basket;
– Summary of the order containing information relating to the characteristics of the package(s) ordered and the absence of the right of withdrawal;
– Acceptance of the T&Cs of TARAGALTE SARL, the T&Cs (General Conditions of Use) and the various confidentiality policies by means of a checkbox;
– Activation of the “order with payment obligation” button;
– Payment of the order with details of the payment methods accepted;
– Receipt of a confirmation e-mail containing the information indicated in the order summary and the information relating to payment.
The ORGANIZER also reserves the right to refuse any order from an identified FESTIVALER with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous order.
TARAGALTE SARL reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
4- PAYMENT & ORDER VALIDATION
Any order appearing on the TARAGALTE.ORG website implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
The validation of the order entails the obligation for the FESTIVALIER to pay the price indicated by the total amount of the basket.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
You declare that you have perfect knowledge of it.
Payment for Festival Passes & Travel Packs by the FESTIVALIER on the TARAGALTE.ORG website is made exclusively by the following payment methods defined at the time of purchase: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, CMI
The FESTIVALIER's bank account will be debited for the total amount of the order upon validation of the transaction.
The payment receipt will be automatically available for consultation by the FESTIVALIER, at the end of the transaction, on the order confirmation page but also by sending an order confirmation e-mail.
The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of the information in your order and these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated to you via the email address confirming your order.
5- PAYMENT SECURITY
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure system of the CMI e-commerce platform (Centre Monétique Interbancaire).
Electronic payments made as part of transactions carried out on the TARAGALTE.ORG website are secured by use of the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption process.
When paying by credit card, the FESTIVALIER is sent to the secure interface of the payment platform, namely the CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire).
The ORGANIZER – through the CMI – does not at any time hold the bank details of the FESTIVALIERS, which are only and temporarily kept by the aforementioned payment provider.
6- FIGHT AGAINST FRAUD
In order to fight against fraud, the ORGANIZER reserves the right to use the personal data of the FESTIVALER to communicate with him, in order to ask him for information concerning his identity card / passport, if applicable, to cancel the ticket(s) ordered.
7- DELIVERY OF TICKETS
As soon as the purchase is confirmed, the FESTIVAL-GOER will receive their PACKAGE in Ticket downloaded in the form of an image using a smartphone.
By accepting these general conditions of sale, the FESTIVALIER also accepts the conditions of use of the m-ticket Packages provided for in Appendices 1 and 2 of these General Terms and Conditions.
8- NUMBER OF TENTS & CHOICE OF PACKAGE
Ticket reservations for Travel Packs are made in real time depending on availability and the number of tents arranged by the ORGANIZER.
The price, date and time mentioned on the Travel Pack presentation page of the TARAGALTE.ORG website must be verified by the FESTIVALIER prior to payment, so that the latter can ensure that it corresponds to the package requested.
No subsequent complaints will be taken into account in this respect.
9- ACCESS & CONTROLS OF TICKETS
Access to the event is by presenting a ticket downloaded as an image using a smartphone (or printed on A4 paper).
In the event of loss or inaccessibility of a ticket downloaded on a smartphone or printed, the FESTIVALIER must first contact the CMI (Interbank Monetary Center) (www.cmi.co.ma/fr/contact-agences-CMI) where the The ORGANIZER should only be contacted as a last resort.
Each FESTIVAL-GOER entering the event must have a valid ticket.
However, access to the event is prohibited to minors under the age of sixteen (16).
A minor between sixteen (12) and eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult and remains under his responsibility.
When the ticket is nominative, the ORGANIZER must present a valid identity card when accessing the event.
Each ticket has a unique barcode and/or QR code.
It is impossible to be admitted to the entrance several times with the same ticket on the same day.
The departure of the shuttles begins at the time indicated on the package presentation page except in cases of force majeure. It is advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.
In the event of a delay, no refund can be made in this respect.
Tickets will be checked using barcode readers by the ORGANIZER – under its responsibility – upon entry to said event.
In the event that several purchases have been made via the website or by a mobile phone, each purchase will give rise to the creation of a ticket (Festival Pass or Travel Pack), and will be checked at the entrance to the place where the event takes place. the event.
The ticket allows the identification of the buyer and access to the details of their order. The Organizer reserves the right to check the identity of the consumer / festival-goer at the entrance to the place where the event is taking place.
The FESTIVALIER must therefore be provided with an official identity document – valid – and with photo: national identity card, passport, driving license or residence permit.
The FESTIVALER may be required to undergo a security pat-down upon entering the event and during the event.
Access may be refused to any person refusing to submit to this security measure. For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects and generally any object likely to serve of projectiles, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic article, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature and without this list being exhaustive.
Any offender may be refused access to the festival, engages his responsibility and exposes himself to prosecution.
10- USE OF TICKETS
Each ticket is nominative and personal and cannot be resold without express authorization from the ORGANIZER.
Duplication of tickets is prohibited and will not provide any benefit.
The ORGANIZER may refuse access to the venue of the festival if it realizes that one or more printings or reproductions of a ticket are in circulation and that access to the venue of the event has already been granted to the bearer. of a print or reproduction.
The ORGANIZER is not obliged to verify the identity of the person in possession of the ticket printable at home or downloaded on a smartphone, nor to verify the authenticity of the ticket, insofar as the copy of the e-ticket cannot be detected with certainty as well as the ticket holder; only the first person presenting the ticket or a reproduction of it will be admitted to the place where the event will take place.
This person is presumed to be the legitimate holder of the ticket.
If the person holding a ticket is refused access to the place of the event, he will not be entitled to any refund.
The person who reproduced the ticket and the user of the copy of the ticket are liable to criminal prosecution.
The ticket is only valid for the 11th edition of the Taragalte Festival, on the date, time and conditions shown on the ticket.
This title must be retained until the end of the event.
11- POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
As from their purchase by the FESTIVALIER, the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the event.
In the event of definitive cancellation of the event, reimbursement will only take place in favor of the initial purchaser against delivery of the ticket.
However, in the event of partial cancellation of the event, the refund will be made 10 days after the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation of a day, a total refund of the canceled day will take place.
In the event of cancellation of some activities and/or concerts of the event, no refund will be made.
As part of a one (&) day pass/pack purchased, a two (2) day pass/pack purchased, a three (3) day pass/pack purchased, the refund will be made at pro rata of the canceled days.
Only the price of the ticket (Festival Pass or Travel Pack) will be refunded, excluding management and rental fees which are kept by the ORGANIZER.
No additional costs of any kind whatsoever (cancellation insurance, transport, hotels, parking, etc.) will be reimbursed or compensated.
Each FESTIVALIER purchasing a ticket for the 2022 edition of the “FESTIVAL TARAGALTE” may – in the event of a postponement, during the year 2022, request a refund of their ticket if the refund request is made within the month following the day of the announcement of the postponement, by the ORGANIZER.
If the refund request is not made within the following month, the FESTIVALIER will no longer be able to request or benefit from a refund.
In addition, each FESTIVALIER will benefit from a refund of rights in the following limited cases:
– If the edition from October 28, 2022 to October 30, 2022 of the "FESTIVAL TARAGALTE" is postponed to new dates in 2022 and provided that the FESTIVALIER has indeed requested reimbursement in the month following the day of the announcement of the postponement.
– If the edition from October 28, 2022 to October 30, 2022, of the “TARAGALTE FESTIVAL” is postponed to 2023;
– If the edition from October 28, 2022 to October 30, 2022, of the “TARAGALTE FESTIVAL” is cancelled.
Requests for reimbursement must, to be admissible, be accompanied by an up-to-date bank account statement.
The refund request must be sent to: festival@taragalte.org and include the following elements: surname, first name, order number, ticket and photocopy of the identity document of the person who ordered the ticket(s) for which reimbursement is requested.
Any request that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
11- RESPONSIBILITY
The company .TARAGALTE SARL reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as the improvement of the services and information that we send you.
They can also be transmitted to partners and to these relations, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.
This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
the ORGANIZER is responsible, with regard to its FESTIVAL GOERS, for the proper performance of the obligations resulting from the contracts concluded at a distance.
Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. The FESTIVALER must immediately inform the ORGANIZER in order to avoid remaining liable for its improper use.
In addition, it is specified that the ORGANIZER is under no circumstances obliged to respond to a request for editing or a duplicate in the event of loss or theft of the ticket.
The responsibility of the ORGANIZER cannot be considered in the event of damage which could be caused to the cars during their period of parking in the car parks of the festival. The ORGANIZER declines any responsibility for the damage which would be suffered by the FESTIVAL-GOER as a result of any incident occurring during the period of the "FESTIVAL TARAGALTE", in particular caused by the behavior of another festival-goer, except to bring the proof against him of 'a marked failure to fulfill its obligations.
The ORGANIZER therefore declines all responsibility in the event of unavailability of the online ticketing service resulting from a case of force majeure.
The ORGANIZER sets the rules specific to the organization of his event.
These regulations appear on the ORGANIZER's TARAGALTE.ORG website or at the entrance to the venue where the event takes place.
The acquisition of a ticket imperatively and necessarily implies adherence to the internal regulations of the place where the event will take place.
The FESTIVALIER will strictly comply with the ORGANIZER's rules under penalty of being held liable, of being denied access to the event or of being excluded from the said event without the latter being able to request or claim any reimbursement. of the ticket(s) purchased or any compensation in this regard.
12- PERSONAL DATA
When purchasing the ticket (Festival Pass or Travel Pack), the ORGANIZER is required to collect certain information and personal data from the FESTIVALIER such as his surname and first name, his e-mail address, his mobile phone number , their postal code, their title and their date of birth, without this list being exhaustive.
The controller being the ORGANIZER.
The information and data concerning the FESTIVALIER are necessary for the management of the order and the commercial relationship.
Information and data are also retained for security purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory data retention obligations.
This data will be used as part of the processing and monitoring of the FESTIVALIER order, as well as in the event of a possible postponement or cancellation of the corresponding event.
The FESTIVALER accepts that the ORGANIZER notifies him of any decision affecting the conditions of the said event (such as cancellation, postponement, modification of the ORGANIZER's location), uses the contact details that he has provided to the ORGANIZER in within the framework of his order, in order to inform him of said modifications as well as the procedure to follow.
The FESTIVALER may, if it wishes, authorize the ORGANIZER to send it its newsletters and to inform it of future events organized by its partners, by email.
13- MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, partially or completely.
The FESTIVALIER is deemed to accept the current version of the general conditions of sale each time they connect to the ORGANIZER's TARAGALTE.ORG website and when purchasing their ticket.
14- APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTES
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the Moroccan courts will have sole jurisdiction.
15- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the TARAGALTE.ORG site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company TARAGALTE SARL. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the company TARAGALTE SARL.
16- PROOF ARCHIVING
The company TARAGALTE SARL will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy.
The computerized records of the company TARAGALTE SARL will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
